冷再生機(jī)租賃助四川平昌加快公路提檔升級改造

在四川省平昌縣S304靈山鎮(zhèn)元山鎮(zhèn)段道路修復(fù)施工現(xiàn)場，由冷再生機(jī)、水泥撒布車、瀝青罐車、攤鋪機(jī)、壓路機(jī)等組成的“公路再生列車”宛如巨龍緩緩駛過，原本車轍突顯的瀝青路面立即光潔平整、煥然一新。
At the road repair construction site from Lingshan Town to Yuanshan Town in S304, Pingchang County, Sichuan Province, a "highway recycling train" composed of cold recycling machines, cement spreaders, asphalt tankers, pavers, rollers, etc. slowly passed by like a giant dragon. The asphalt pavement, which was originally highlighted by ruts, immediately became clean, smooth, and refreshed.
“我們采用的是瀝青路面‘冷再生’技術(shù)，對原瀝青混凝土層進(jìn)行泡沫瀝青就地冷再生施工，再生好的混合料直接打入攤鋪機(jī)中攤鋪，然后碾壓成型。”項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場負(fù)責(zé)人彭不益說。
"We use the 'cold recycling' technology of asphalt pavement to carry out on-site cold recycling construction of foam asphalt on the original asphalt concrete layer. The recycled mixture is directly driven into the paver for paving, and then rolled into shape." Peng Buyi, the project site leader, said.
彭不益口中的“冷再生”技術(shù)是一種較為成熟的綠色公路維修改造技術(shù)，采用專用的再生設(shè)備，對瀝青路面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場冷銑刨，破碎和篩分，摻入一定數(shù)量的新集料、再生結(jié)合料、活性填料、水，經(jīng)常溫拌和、攤鋪、碾壓等工序，一次性實(shí)現(xiàn)舊瀝青路面再生的技術(shù)。相比于傳統(tǒng)的銑刨重鋪技術(shù)，該技術(shù)可節(jié)約30%的養(yǎng)護(hù)成本，將廢舊路面材料再生循環(huán)應(yīng)用于路面養(yǎng)護(hù)和維修，變廢為寶，解決了廢舊材料帶來的環(huán)境污染問題，具有“提質(zhì)增效、生態(tài)、縮短工期”的優(yōu)勢。
The "cold recycling" technology mentioned by Peng Buyi is a relatively mature green road maintenance and renovation technology. It uses specialized recycling equipment to perform on-site cold milling, crushing, and screening of asphalt pavement, adding a certain amount of new aggregates, recycled binders, active fillers, water, and regularly warm mixing, paving, rolling and other processes to achieve the technology of regenerating old asphalt pavement in one go. Compared to traditional milling and repaving techniques, this technology can save 30% of maintenance costs. It recycles and applies waste road materials for road maintenance and repair, turning waste into treasure and solving the environmental pollution caused by waste materials. It has the advantages of "improving quality and efficiency, ecological protection, and shortening construction period".
“我們可以充分發(fā)揮舊瀝青混合料的‘剩余價(jià)值’，促進(jìn)舊路面材料的循環(huán)利用，保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境，減少資源浪費(fèi)。”四川九正鼎盛城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限公司項(xiàng)目管理部夏金明介紹，S304靈山鎮(zhèn)元山鎮(zhèn)段總長度15，已完成道路改造85%，預(yù)計(jì)6月完工。
